About  HEX2OCT() function

The HEX2OCT() function is an Engineering function that converts a hexadecimal number into octa-decimal number. It keeps a single argument that is number.

Where to apply :

This function is used by engineers where machines need to convert the hexadecimal number into octa-decimal number. It is also used in education.

Syntax :


Parameters :

number- A hexadecimal number.


1. For the hexadecimal number is 35.

=HEX2OCT(35)    // Returns (65)

It returns 65 for the hexadecimal number 35.
