About  IMSUB() function

The IMSUB() function is an Engineering function that returns the subtracted number of 2 complex numbers in text form. This keeps 2 arguments and they are inumber1, inumber2.

Where to apply :

This function is used by engineers to solve the subtraction of 2 complex numbers.

Syntax :

=IMSUB(inumber1, inumber2)

Parameters :

inumber1- A complex number.

inumber2- A complex number.

Example:

1. For the 2 complex numbers.


=IMSUB("9+3i", "7+8i")    // Returns (2-5i)

It returns "2-5i" for the complex numbers "9+3i" and "7+8i" .
