About  OCT2HEX() function

The OCT2HEX() function is an Engineering function that converts an octa-decimal number into hexadecimal number. It keeps a single argument that is number.

Where to apply :

This function is used by engineers where machines need to convert the octa-decimal number into hexadecimal number. It is also used in education.

Syntax :

=OCT2HEX(number)

Parameters :

number- A octa-decimal number.

Example:

1. For the octa-decimal number is 22.


=OCT2HEX(22)    // Returns (12)

It returns 12 for the octa-number 22.
