What is the difference between Networkdays and Workday in Excel?

Function Networkdays is used to return number of working days between 2 dates. It doesn't include Saturday-Sunday and holidays.

Function Workday is used to return date basis start date and specified number of days. It doesn't include Saturday-Sunday and holidays.
