How to retrieve back side value using #offset Function?

Back side value means left side data of unique column. For most users it's a tedious job to work with Offset function and even then if interviewer ask you on interview to get data from left side of unique field using offset function, most of us get totally lost.

To get the solution you can use offset with match.

Let's use Master_Table to get the data from.
